Enso Support Assistants

About Us

in the Cairns Region

Helping people living with disabilities take part in their community.

Our person-centred approach means that we focus on the wants and needs of our participants including matching them with their ideal support worker.

We understand that quality relationships with participants and their support workers make a significant difference in the successful outcomes and goal achievements.

Co-founded by sisters, Alesha and Lauren living in the Cairns northern beaches. Both ladies have several years of experience working in the disability/childcare industry, with a passion to provide high-quality support to those that need it most. Having personal experience with their father, who has a disability, both Alesha and Lauren understand the importance of ensuring that loved ones are in the best of hands and receiving support from people that genuinely care.

Our staff hold a yellow card, a blue card and are vaccinated.

Meet the Team

Alesha Brinn

Business owner/ Allied health assistant

Alesha had serval years of experience working in health administration before obtaining her Certificate 4 Allied Health Assistant, inspired by her own sons’ journey. She is a determined parent on a mission to utilise her many years of experience and knowledge working as an Allied Health Assistant providing occupational therapy support and speech pathology support to help others on their journey.

Alesha provides therapy support sessions under the direction of the participant’s qualified Allied Health Professional following their prescribed therapy from the participant’s case plan.

Each session is then reported to the Allied Health Professional to keep track of participants’ progress.

The idea in essence is that participants can access more frequent therapy support sessions through an Allied Health Assistant, in turn making therapy more accessible and affordable for families.
